Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the lamp in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
